Matched blew me away, I really loved it, so I've been eagerly awaiting Crossed. It's taken me a little while to get around to reading it, but it was definitely worth the wait.




Cassia has set off in search of Ky, who has been sent to the now deserted Outer Provinces. When Cassia gets an opportunity to bring her closer to where Ky might be, she jumps at the chance. Ky, meanwhile, grabs an opportunity to escape the certain death the Society had led him to.

Will Cassia find Ky? Will she choose Xander after all? Will the Society find them before they find each other?

I really enjoyed Crossed. I especially liked the further insights into Ky's character and backstory. Indie is an interesting addition. I hope we see more of her. I'd also like to know if Hunter and Eli made it to the Farmers.

Not quite as good as Matched, but good enough.
